Love Retail
Pierhouse staff love Retail. It’s one of our core values and we have used that enthusiasm to build up our expertise and knowledge on a wide range of different aspects of Retail which we share with our customers.
For example our Customer Services, Sales and Marketing staff regularly visit the stores of our customers and their competitors. Store managers and staff are happy to talk with us. We report back to our customers on any particularly good or bad things that we discover. Our customers can fix problems and/or learn more about what their competition are up to. This is a free service to all Pierhouse customers. We also feedback Retail knowledge or viewpoints that may be useful to our customers at briefing events or seminars. These are all free to our customers.
We only work in the Retail segment which keeps us very focused on Retail and ensures that we can add the most value to our customers.
